Summer is almost here. I am bidding a cheerful goodbye to the ice and snow and looking forward to enjoying the garden. A wonderful way to meditate is in the garden, getting close to nature. If you have not tried it, I suggest you give it a try. Even if you have just a patio, there are wonderful patio plants out there. Getting back to nature can bring us to a place of peace and reflection and the added benefits of fresh flowers and vegetables isn't too bad either. Enjoy your day!
