A Message from Pat Vandermark, E-RYT
Exercise is important not only to keep our body strong, but also for stress reduction. My philosophy is to “work smarter, not harder”. I believe in treating the body with respect, after all, it has to last us for a lifetime.
My classes are designed for the beginner and seasoned student. Some of us are intimidated to join a yoga class. They stand in the back of the room, not wanting to be embarrassed if they don’t know the poses. I encourage my students to come to class early or call me during the week, if they are experiencing a problem or need help with a particular pose or exercise.
All classes end with relaxation, which also reduces stress. A little Reiki treatment can be added for someone who is feeling a little tight in one area.
With the world situation as it is, exercise is something we need to keep our minds and bodies strong. Let me help you through the tough times by working your body to its fullest potential and then taking you to a place of inner peace.
